With our network of sellers and transportation providers across the United States, we can coordinate delivery to customers throughout Ontario and across Canada. Whether you’re purchasing equipment locally or sourcing machinery from the United States, our team can help arrange transportation to your required location.
Transportation costs and delivery arrangements will depend on the equipment, pickup location, destination, and selected carrier. Contact us with the equipment you’re interested in and your delivery address, and we can help provide a transportation quotation.
Warranty & Equipment Condition
Because we operate as an independent reseller and source equipment from private sellers, warranty coverage varies by machine and transaction.
Any warranty, guarantee, or specific condition agreed upon for a particular machine will be clearly communicated before purchase and documented in the applicable sales agreement.
We encourage buyers to review the equipment specifications, condition, available documentation, and applicable warranty terms before completing a purchase. Our team is available to answer questions and provide the information available to us about each machine.

Online Purchasing Procedure
1. Select the Equipment
Browse our available inventory and select the tractor or equipment you are interested in.
Each listing includes:

2. Request an Invoice
Once you decide to proceed with the purchase, please contact our sales team.
We will issue a formal sales invoice containing:

Delivery details
The invoice serves as the official payment document for the transaction.
3. Payment by Bank Transfer
Payment is completed via bank transfer to the bank account listed on the invoice.
Bank transfer is the standard payment method for machinery purchases in Canada and is commonly used for commercial equipment transactions.
Once the invoice is issued:

The buyer reviews the invoice and sale contract.

Payment is made via electronic bank transfer (EFT).

The buyer sends the payment confirmation to our sales team.
After payment has been received and cleared, EPM Machinery will confirm the order and proceed with the applicable delivery or pickup arrangements.
4. Order Confirmation
Once payment has been received:

The equipment is prepared for transport
A confirmation email will be sent to the buyer including delivery details.
5. Canada-Wide Delivery
We provide delivery across Canada.
Equipment is transported using professional heavy-equipment transport providers.
Delivery arrangements include:

Delivery times may vary depending on location and transport availability.
6. Ownership Transfer
Ownership of the machinery transfers to the buyer once:

Full payment has been received and cleared

The sale agreement has been executed
All applicable documentation relating to the sale will be provided to the buyer.
To ensure complete confidence in purchasing machinery online, EPM Machinery also provides a 7-day inspection period following delivery.
Upon receiving the machinery, the buyer has seven (7) days to inspect and verify that the equipment matches the description, specifications, and condition presented at the time of sale.
If the buyer determines that the machinery significantly differs from the description provided, they may notify EPM Machinery within the 7-day inspection period.
In such cases:

The equipment may be returned to the seller

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued

No additional charges or penalties will apply
This policy is designed to provide buyers with confidence and transparency when purchasing machinery remotely, ensuring that every transaction is conducted fairly and professionally.
